We handle all the complicated things so that you do not have to.

We recommend calling us ASAP, but generally, 4-6 weeks in advance would allow us to assess your situation and choose a date for your sale.
No need! We take care of all the sorting, organizing, and cleaning to set up your sale.
From start to finish, it takes an average of 2 weeks. This includes the set-up, the sale, and the cleanup.
There are no upfront fees for your sale. Once the sale is completed, we take a percentage of the commission, and you get the rest.
